The Bermuda $1 silver Proof coin was struck as part of the Queen Mother Centenary Collection. The reverse design celebrates Coronation Day on 12 May 1937 when, cheered by huge numbers of joyful spectators, a gloriously colourful procession carried the new King George VI and his Queen to Westminster Abbey.
