Molding Stage

The Clay Has been prepared for the polyurethane mold. Silicone rubber is painted over the clay to about one quarter of an inch thick and this is encased in sections with resin to give it rigidty.

These molds are then taken off the Clay and cleaned to remove any remaining clay.
